Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be received in writing by fax or email.

In case the cancellation is made more than 40 days before the departure date, 6% of the total amount received will be deducted as bank transaction fees.

If a tour participant cancels his/her reservation, the following scale of charges will apply:

  • Between 40 and 30 days before your arrival date: 25% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
  • Between 29 and 15 days before your arrival date: 50% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
  • Between 14 and 7 days before your arrival date: 75% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
  • Between 7 and 1 day before your arrival date: 100% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
The cancellation fees for domestic flights are subject to the respective airline's cancellation policy, which may vary from case to case.

Refunds

A refund will normally be made to the same card account and using the same method as the original payment.

No refunds are possible for No-Show.

Tips

Tipping is a worldwide gesture used to express satisfaction for good services rendered by staff. If you are willing to offer a tip, it would be greatly appreciated.

Price Does Not Include

The tour price does not include the following services:

  • International airfare.
  • Entry visa to Egypt.
  • Any optional tours.
  • Personal expenses.
  • Tipping.
